I have been contracted to help build a team of Sr and Jr. Java FX Toolkit Developers at Sun/Oracle. I was hoping to connect with folks who have a genuine passion for Java FX with prior experience developing toolkits.

Below is a brief overview of what we are seeking:

Java FX Toolkit Developers:

> MUST HAVE experience building tool kits that extend the graphics and functions of a software application, preferably a graphic intense application.
> Examples would include JAVAFX, Silverlight, Adobe products and streaming media tools.
> Strong experience with Open Source tools
> Experience with Hardware Acceleration involving display of complex graphics
> Knowledge of graphics manipulation including Shaders and Texture Mapping
> Knowledge of text manipulation and display in a graphics or media product.
> Familiarity with display of language specific text such as Chinese, European and Middle Eastern a plus.
> Demonstrated skill with UI and UX development.
> Experience with Full Cycle Software Development.
